Prioritising Wellbeing in the Holidays

As the term ends, the holidays offer a chance to rest and recharge. In a recent Chapel talk, Mr. Leach shared great tips on prioritising wellbeing: detox from digital distractions, connect with others, practice gratitude, and spend time in God’s Word.
