St Joseph’s Annual Swimming Carnival Success!

On Wednesday, 5th February, our students gathered at the Tenterfield Aquatic Centre for our annual Swimming Carnival. It was a brilliant success filled with fun, friendly competition, and outstanding sportsmanship.

A massive thank you to everyone who made the day possible:

• Tenterfield Swim Club and Tenterfield Aquatic Centre for hosting us.
• Tenterfield High School helpers for their assistance.
• Parents and volunteers who helped with timekeeping and running the BBQ.
• Once again, well done to our age champions and Penola for taking home the house championship.

Diocesan Carnival Representatives

Congratulations to all the students who qualified to represent St Joseph’s at the Diocesan Carnival on Thursday, 27th February, at the newly upgraded Inverell Aquatic Centre!

Important Actions for Qualifiers:

1. Compass: Please accept the event invitation on Compass by this Thursday.
2. Car Pooling: If you are carpooling to the event, please ensure you fill in the necessary form at the school office.

Upcoming Winter Trials

Calling all Stage 3 students! If you are interested in trialing for the Diocesan teams in Rugby League, Netball, Hockey, or Soccer, trials will be held in Armidale on Friday, 6th March, 2026.
