NSW Premier’s Reading Challenge Has Begun! 

The NSW Premier’s Reading Challenge (PRC) 2025 is now open! The challenge encourages students to develop a love of reading by exploring a wide range of books.

How does it work?

• Kindergarten, Year 1, and Year 2 will complete the challenge as part of their library lessons, and I will log their books into the system.
• Years 3-6 will be taught how to log in during library lessons and will receive their updated logins and passwords over the next two weeks. They will also learn how to access the PRC at home to log the books they have read.
• Any student experiencing difficulty accessing the PRC can request a reading log, which they can complete and submit to Mrs. Karevski once they have finished the challenge.

Important PRC Rule

 You can only include up to two books from the same series, as the PRC encourages wide reading across different genres and authors.

 Challenge closes: Friday 22nd August 2025

Students are encouraged to start reading and logging their books as soon as possible on the reading log. If you have any questions or need assistance, please visit the library.
