Representative Pathway Sport opportunities 2025

A reminder that we will be providing opportunities for Stage 3 students to represent our school at Representative Sport Pathway Trials in 2025. These events are for students who:

  • demonstrate a high level of skill development and talent in a sport
  • have experience playing in regular competition outside of school at a high level, e.g. grade/division 1

These trials are not come and try activities for the students - they must have substantial experience competing in the sport. Please find below the list and dates of the remaining Representative Pathway Sport Trials for 2025. As there are only a limited number of students that can attend these trials in each sport, some sports may require a trial at school prior to select representatives. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The following dates are for trials in Term 1 2025. There will be further opportunities in other sports later in the year.

Representative Pathway Trials - Football (Soccer) and Netball

In Week 3 of this term, 10 students from our school participated in the SCS Representative Pathway Trials for Football (Soccer) and Netball. These trials are for students who display a high level of skill and experience in particular sports. Congratulations to Diego B in Year 6 for being selected to progress to the Sydney Diocesan Football (Soccer) Trials in May.

Well done to all the students who attended.

Conference 2 Swimming Championships

On Tuesday 25th February, St Francis Xavier had 9 students represent our school at the Conference 2 Swimming Championships. It was wonderful to see the support and positive encouragement these students gave each other throughout the event, with some top 10 overall results! Congratulations to the following swimmers: Deacon R, Sophia R, Anthony R, Liam M, Elise K, Adelina G, Sephora G, Alison H and Warwick N.
