General Information about Yearly Examinations

For specific details about each exam, students should consult with their classroom teacher in each of the above subjects.

If for any reason a student is unable to attend the yearly examination, the student and their parents should complete a Variation to Assessment form, available on the Student Forms page on the Hub (https://thehub.calrossy.nsw.edu.au/homepage/372) and submit this form to their classroom teacher.

In general, variations are only approved due to unforeseeable illness or misadventure, in accordance with the school’s Assessment Policy. Where practical, some examinations may be caught up after the regular sitting if the examination was missed due to illness/misadventure and if the student returns within a short time frame after the regular sitting. No early sittings are permitted for Yearly Examinations to ensure the integrity of the examination process.

If you have any queries, please contact the Director of Studies by email to studies@calrossy.nsw.edu.au
