Fang Colour Run

The excitement for the Colour Fang Run on Monday 30th October 1pm-3.15pm is certainly building around the school.

All families are very welcome to attend, and even join in the fun at the end if you are game! You definitely won’t want to miss the student with the highest donations sliming Mr Stead!!

The kids will have time to get changed prior to the 1pm start so they will need to take a change of clothes to school, for maximum colour effect they may want to wear white, or light colours.

The generosity of our community has been absolutely wonderful to see. The proceeds of the run will be going towards the replacement of 25 Chromebooks and we are speaking with the STEM teachers to see what further technology we can assist with purchasing for all students to use in their STEM classes.

Front Office Garden

In other spending news, we have received a generous donation of a $200 voucher from Bunnings that will be used to revitalise the garden at the office entrance – We need our gardens to keep up with the new park area after all!

If you can help with any donations of easy-care plants, it would also be greatly appreciated.

Ladies Lunch

A very popular event on the social calendar – if you haven’t been before I highly recommend you grab yourself a ticket ASAP!!

Thank-you to all the 2023 Volunteers

Our final committee meeting will be held 6.30pm Tuesday 21st November in the staff room.

Come and join us to toast all your social and fundraising efforts of 2023.

2024 Parent Fundraising & Social Committee

We have a number of current committee members leaving the committee at the end of this year. We therefore dearly need some new members in 2024.

The committee is an integral part of the school community, not just for raising much needed funds for the students and school grounds but also, and perhaps more importantly, for the bringing together of our school families and building the community feel we all love about our little school.

We can’t continue to put on events in 2024 without a full committee so please don’t think ‘someone else will do it’ as they may not!

Feel free to reach out to any of the current committee members if you’d like to know more about what we do or register your interest with Catherine in the office.
