This week we celebrated Lego Week with a series of exciting building challenges. Children demonstrated creativity, collaboration, and innovation through daily themed activities:
**Monday – Tallest Tower**: Children raced to build the highest tower without it toppling!- **Tuesday – Vehicle Race**: Children designed and raced their own Lego vehicles.- **Wednesday – Dream House Build**: Each child created their ideal home using their imagination.
**Thursday – Zoo Animals Freestyle**: Creative animal-inspired Lego builds emerged.- **Friday – Futuristic Buildings**: Children built space stations, floating cities, and more!
The children were highly engaged and showed fantastic teamwork and problem-solving skills throughout the week.
To honour the special women in our lives, the children took part in a variety of thoughtful and creative activities throughout the week:-
**Birdhouse Decoration** – Each child decorated a wooden birdhouse to give as a keepsake.
**Scoubidou String Keyring** – Children twisted and weaved colourful strings to make keyrings.
**Mother’s Day Cards** – Handmade cards filled with drawings, messages, and love. **Painted Tulip Flowers** – Beautiful tulips were painted and taken home.
**Cupcake Icing** – Children decorated cupcakes and proudly handed them to parents at pickup.

**Creative Expression**: Children used open-ended materials and ideas.
**Emotional Development**. Expressing love and appreciation through gifts and crafts.- **STEM Exploration**: Engineering and experimenting through Lego play.
**Fine Motor Skills**: Developed through keyring making, Lego play, and cupcake decorating.
