Free Dental Checks 

Prep-Year 2

Link Health and Community’s Dental Team, Keeping Kids Smiling, will be attending Christ Our Holy Redeemer Primary School on the week starting Monday 19th May. 

Their friendly dental clinicians will be providing a FREE dental check-up and fluoride varnish application for students in Grades Prep-2. A report will be provided to your child after the check-up, with information on what was found and whether further dental treatment is recommended. 

If further treatment is necessary, you can make an appointment at Link Dental Clinic by calling on 1300 552 509. Alternatively, you can attend your regular dental clinic. All services provided during this visit is FREE. The program is fully funded by the Victorian State Government or the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).

An information sheet and consent forms have been sent home with your child. Please complete the forms and send them back to school by Friday 9th May to be included. 

The free service is also offered to children in older classes 3-6 by attending the clinic outside of school. Please see the information brochure attached.
