Leongatha Primary School - Week 5 Principal’s Message

Dear Leongatha Primary School Community,

We hope everyone had a restful weekend and is ready for another exciting week of learning and activities.

This Monday, our Prep students will be heading off on a delightful Teddy Bears Picnic at Mossvale Park. We’re sure it will be a fun-filled day of stories, games, and of course, some quality picnic time with their favourite cuddly friends.

On Thursday, we extend our best wishes to the students representing our school at the Division Cross Country. We know they’ll do their best and make us all proud with their determination and sportsmanship.

Also on Thursday afternoon from 2:30pm, we warmly invite all families to join us for our Open Afternoon, celebrating Education Week. This is a wonderful opportunity to see your child in action in the classroom and share in their learning journey. We will also have a free joint BBQ going with the Secondary College outside the PAC - please come and grab a sausage on your way home.

Finally, we wish our Grade 6 students the very best as they participate in Winter Sports this week. We hope you enjoy the challenge, teamwork, and fun that comes with this special part of the year.
