District Cross Country

On Tuesday 14th May 60 students from Grade 3-6 represented Holy Spirit at the Ringwood District Cross Country at Quamby Reserve. Our students did an amazing job pushing through a tough course and tough competition on the day! I loved seeing their grit and exceptional sportsmanship on display.

Congratulations to the following students who finished top 10 runners in each age/gender group and qualified for the Division Competition in June:

Grade 6: Mitch E & Ruby S

Grade 5: Maya S & Abby Y

Grade 4: Mae M

We wish you luck!

House Spirit - Run/Walk Club (Friday Morning)

I am loving seeing so many students getting active on a Friday morning and earning house points for their team! All students welcome to come and join as soon as the gates open. Remember just drop your bag at your classroom, grab your teams colour band (if you don't already have something in your house colour on!) and get moving!

Here is an update of the house points earned so far from Friday morings and the House Cross Country points have been added:

Remember there is a house cup sitting in the front office that display's each weekly winner. There is also a weekly leaderboard up in the 5/6 building window that will be updated each week.

Swimming Program

In the final week of Term 2 is our school swimming Program at Aquanation. An Operoo form has been sent out with all details. Please ensure you have responded to assist us with the planning and organisation of the event. Thank you!

Keep Active!
