Winter Appeal - Mufti Day

Our Mini Vinnies group are organising a Winter Appeal to support the homeless in our local community during the colder months. As temperatures drop, it becomes increasingly challenging for those without shelter to stay warm and safe. In this year's winter appeal, we aim to gather donations to provide essential items to support those in need.

On Friday 31st May 2024, students are able to wear mufti clothes and are asked to bring in an item/items from their grade donation list. Students will hand in their donations to their classroom teachers on the morning of the 31st May. 

Each grade is asked to donate specific items:

Kindergarten: Tins of tuna and/or crackers

Year 1: Dried pasta and/or pasta sauce

Year 2: Chicken/beef noodles and/or rice cups

Year 3: Tinned vegetables and/or tinned soup

Year 4: Shampoo and/or conditioner

Year 5: Toothbrush and/or toothpaste

Year 6: Body wash and/or deodorant 

We kindly ask that all donations are non-perishable, unused and have not expired. Your generosity will make a real difference in the lives of those less fortunate in our community. Thank you for your support in advance.
