World of Dance

This term, the Foundation year level participated in an incursion titled “World of Dance”. We learnt 3 dances from the countries of Africa, India and China. The students had an amazing experience dressing in traditional costumes and using instruments to compliment the music. The incursion allowed us to explore heritage and customs from other nations.

Design Project Inquiry Unit

This week, the Year 3 students brought in their design projects as part of our Inquiry unit focusing on Inventions and Innovators. Students had to create a model that was powered by wind with an expo held for all students in Year 3 to showcase their designs. The Year 3 teachers would like to thank all students for their participation and also thank parents and carers for helping our students with their projects. They were very impressive!
