Music News

Every semester, the year 7 music program students select an instrument to learn in a group music lesson as well as developing music theory fundamentals in the classroom. The program offers a wide range of instruments such as violin, viola and cello within the string family, flute, saxophone and clarinet within the woodwind family, as well as the trumpet and trombone in the brass family. 7 Blue and 7 Green have been making great progress as budding instrumentalists and as a part of the assessment for this subject, the students will be showing off their developing skills by playing a variety of small and large music ensemble items at the Year 7 Music Concert.

Venue: Dillon Centre

All family, friends and staff are warmly invited to the concert and we look forward to your attendance in support of the Academy music program.
