Term 2 Family Mass - Saturday 18th May 2024

Thank you to all the families and parishoners who braved the wind and rain on Saturday evening to join for our Term 2 Family Mass to celebrate Pentecost and the Year 6 students making their Confirmation Commitment. What a joyful mass it was with Fr Pat as our celebrant. Hospitality in the Undercroft following mass was just perfect for a cold Autumn evening. Be sure to Save the Date for our Term 3 Family Mass - Saturday 17th August, 2024.

SdP Winter Appeal

This week we launch our 2024 Vinnies Winter Appeal. The theme this year is 'The Working Homeless'. which casts a focus on those who have a job, yet live in boarding or temporary accommodation, and are unable to afford food and basic necessities.  Parents who have volunteered for the Sydney Vinnies Brekky Van have been exposed this group of people in our community first hand. For those families new to our community, this year we will be collecting donated toiletry items to create toiletry packs. Please refer to the flyer for the items for donation for each year level. If you would like to  assist in creating the toiletry packs on Monday 24th June 2024 between 2pm and 3pm please complete the  FORM. Thanks to all volunteers in advance.

T2 in class SPaR’s on Hope

This term I will be hosting in class SPaR’s (Stop, Pray and Reflect) on the 2024 Sydney Catholic Schools theme of “Journeying together as joyful witnesses to hope”. Your child’s class teacher will advise when this will occur and I warmly invite all parents to participate. If you have little onés feel free to bring them along too. The SPaR will go for 10 - 15 minutes and will be followed by a Sacramental Craft that students can create with their parent(s).

Go gently, every blessing.
