District Cross Country:
Congratulations to the District Cross Country squad who competed on Tuesday at Quambee Reserve against 9 other schools in our area. It was a sunny afternoon and perfect conditions for running. We had some fantastic results and we are very proud of everyone’s efforts, support and encouragement of each other. The following students have progressed through to the next stage, which is Division on Tuesday 3rd June at Yarra Glen Racecourse. We wish them all the best! PE lessons and injuries:
Just a note from the PE staff, if your child has an injury and is unable to take part in their PE lesson that week, can you please notify their PE teacher via email as we are noticing a few unexplained injuries and it would be helpful for the PE staff to be aware and can accommodate or scale options for your child.

LAST CHANCE FOR THE BOOKFAIR!
The Book fair is just about over! If you haven’t been in you have one more chance. The Book fair will be open in the library tomorrow (Friday 23rd May) from 8.30 until 9.30. After this time the books will all be packed up and you will have missed your opportunity to purchase any books.
The books that needed to be ordered earlier in the week have been emailed to the supplier and if they had them in stock they will be delivered to the school this week. We will deliver these to students’ classrooms as soon as possible. Titles that the company did not have in stock will take a little longer. If there are any problems with supply, we will let everyone know through the newsletter in coming weeks or email those affected.
Thank you all for your support.
