Grade 2 News

Grade 2 students have been busy authors, recently publishing their imaginative texts inspired by stone statues. Their creativity truly shone through! 

We’re now turning our attention to informative writing, where students will learn how to share information clearly and confidently, starting with how to make Fairy Bread. 

In Mathematics, students are beginning a new unit on location. 

They’ll be learning to use directional language and maps to describe movement and position in fun and practical ways. 

We’re also looking forward to our upcoming excursion, which will support our learning across Religion, Geography and Mathematics. Be sure to check SIMON for further details.
