Biz - E - Kidz Autumn 2024 Holiday Program release is next week
We are excited to be releasing our Autumn Holiday program plan next Monday 4th March. The holiday program will be available via Compass and by contacting Biz - E - Kidz on oshc.north.melbourne.ps@education.vic.gov.au
Holiday Program Dates:
- Holiday program runs Tuesday 2nd - Monday 15th April 2024
- Monday 15th April is a pupil free day in which we will run a full day program. Before and after school care resume Tuesday 16th April
- We are closed Friday 29th March and Monday 1st April for the public holidays
Holiday program fees
Biz - E - Kidz Holiday program fees are:
- In-house days: $70 per child per child per day (before child care subsidy)
- Incursion days: $80 per child per day (before child care subsidy)
- Holiday Program Deposits: A deposit of $10 per child per day will be charged before 22nd March 2024. This deposit will be applied as a credit against the total amount owing, which will occur after the holiday program has completed
- Change of booking/cancellation/no-show fee: Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after 22/3/24 will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee.
Bookings open and other important dates
Holiday Program release - Week Beginning Monday 4th March: Program plans will be available online, via compass, newsletter and email (we will not be releasing a hard copy).
Holiday Program Bookings open - Tuesday 12th March: Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral Errol Street Campus account. If you do not have a Errol street campus Biz - e - Kidz account, you will need to create one.
Holiday Program Bookings Close - Friday 15th March: Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability.
Confirmations of places - Week Beginning 15th March: Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families via Smartcentral.
Deposits due and last day to make changes - Friday 22nd March A $10 per child per day deposit is due and last date to make any changes to your holiday program booking. Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee.

Bookings are still being accepted for the 2024 school year.

Enrol at Biz – E – Kidz Molesworth Street (Juniors after school care)
It is recommended that you enrol in both campus' services, and only make a booking for the programs you require.
Biz-E-Kidz offers permanent (ongoing, same sessions each week) bookings as well as casual (one-off, ad-hoc) bookings, subject to availability and Priority of Access guidelines.
Permanent booking requests can be made in your enrolment application.
Information about booking holiday programs including program plans is published via COMPASS in the weeks prior to the school holidays each term.
Booking Confirmation: Enrolments and bookings will be confirmed via Smartcentral email. New families will receive an email invitation to access their Smartcentral account. Please follow the instructions to access this, as it will provide you with sign-in/out PINs.
Child Care Subsidy: Child Care Subsidy changed in July 2023 to include a wider range of families. To receive child care subsidy, be sure to include the parent and the child's customer reference numbers in your enrolment application. Please ensure ‘Parent 1’ is the parent eligible for CCS in your enrolment application.
