The Parents and Friends Association has had an amazing start to 2024. Our subscribed members have reached well over one hundred, and more and more parents at Mazenod continue to register and join this dynamic group of parents! So if you haven't done so yet, please do so now via the link below!

At the end of February, only last week (!), the P&FA had their Term One face-2-face meeting in the staff room. It was well attended by many new faces who were very happy to finally meet some of the faces behind the communications of the P&FA WhatsApp Community. Thank you to Mr Tony Rolfe for leading a tour of some of the school's newly renovated Year 9 & 10 areas, and guiding the group through the Heritage Corridor, Health Centre and Penola Centre as well as some outdoor facilities. 

This week, we manned the tea and coffee tables in the canteen during the very successful Mazenod Open Day. It was a wonderful opportunity for prospective parents to touch base with parents already integrated into the Mazenod community to ask their questions.... mainly, does your son enjoy the school? Yes, our son(s) love it! Another question, out of ear-shot of the teachers.... are the teachers good? Yes, they are amazing and genuinely care for our boys! 

Our next event is the Mazenod Trivia Night which is on next week - Friday, 15 March. It’s shaping out to be quite an event for our community - fantastic prizes, a fun night out with the family, and a wonderful way to raise funds for the Oblates and Rosies.
