Art Club - Student Tutors

Paige Simmie was our first student tutor in Art Club. This new initiative sees talented students share their creative skills with others within the programed Art Club events.

Paige generously shared her macramé skills with a group of enthusiastic students, teaching them basic knots to create a key tag. Participants picked up the process quickly, a testament to Paige's ability to teach. Thank you Paige for sharing with us. 

Any students who wish to offer a creative skill are asked to see Ms Doller to discuss future student tutor opportunities. 

And a reminder that International Women's Day t-shirt printing will occur in Art Club next week - Tuesday 5 March. Students may bring in any plain t-shirt (not black or navy) to be printed with this years' design which celebrates IWD and the theme Inspire Inclusion. T-shirts may be worn in place of the school uniform t-shirt on Friday 8 March. Ms Doller has a number of t-shirts available for those students who might not be able to get their own.
