The Art team have been working hard to display all of the incredible artwork students have created this year!  

Over the last few weeks, students have been working on.... 

PREP

Creating a weather mobile and cloud pictures. These connect to their Inquiry topic of Weather.  

YEAR 1

Creating Fruit Face portraits based on the art of Giuseppe Arcimboldo.

YEAR 2

Using watercolour paint to create a painting of a water animal, demonstrating their understanding of reflections.  

YEAR 3

Creating Landscapes out of scrap wool and PVA glue. 

YEAR 4

Using gelli plates to create a three-layered print demonstrating their understanding of positive and negative space. 

YEAR 5

Their Yarn Bombing projects which were either finger knitting chains, weaving looms or weaving circles. Students Have also been busy making a Pete Cromer inspired softie 

YEAR 6

Using acrylic paint to create a Rene Magritte-inspired surrealist painting.
