Growth Mindset and Bouncing Back.
There are many opportunities throughout the year to practise having a 'Growth Mindset' and 'Bouncing Back' both incidently and during explicit teaching moments.
We all have times where things don't quite go our way or we just can't master a skill. These are times we need to use our postive thinking strategies such as 'I can't do that YET' or 'Playtime was hard but I will try and enjoy my afternoon.'
While some units are focusing on this explicitly at the moment other units are mentioning this as students set new goals for their learning this term.
Here are some of the saying that we encourage. You might like to start using them in your homes aswell.
