Year 11
'Small Steps, Big Results'
It has been a busy start to Term 3, with students coming back to assessments, course counselling and juggling upcoming sporting and social events. The Year 11 Team would like to take the time to acknowledge the success of our staff and students.
Course Counselling
Well done to our Senior School Team and year 11 students who completed the course counselling throughout the day on Monday. We are proud that most students were prepared when arriving to their session and took great ownership over their own learning. We look forward to seeing you all succeed in your final year of schooling as year 12’s next year!
Celebrating Success
A shoutout to the following students who have been identified by some of our teachers as showing a great commitment to their studies as of late. Congratulations to Emily Lewis, Stephanie Kerslake, Ethan Lloyd, Jake Thomas, Holly Waring, Niamh McCurran, Talia McBride, Austin Borutta, Tom Daly, and Zara Polyhronidis. Keep up the great work!
A special thank you to the staff who consistently support us to coordinate both the academic and social aspects of our students.
The Sporting Greats
Our year 11 students are showing they can do great things both inside and outside the classroom. Well done to our Senior Boys Soccer Team who have qualified for the next stage after a great performance against local schools. We wish them luck in their upcoming tournament
A massive well done to our returning year 11 students who attended and impressed at the NBA Rising Stars Invitational. We are proud to have such a great group of young men represent Berwick College on the international stage.
Borrowing of Sporting Equipment
From now on, borrowing sports equipment (such as balls, bats, etc.) will no longer occur at the PE Office or Foyer. Year 11’s can visit Senior School to borrow equipment.
Green Chronicles
A reminder that students can cash in their green chronicles for amazing rewards!
We look forward to another great term.
