Year 3 Maths Games Day

Last Friday, eight Year 3 students had a fantastic time at the Mathematical Association of Victoria (MAV) Year 3 Maths Games Day held at Derrimut Primary School. 

Our students joined forces with peers from other schools to take part in a variety of fun and challenging activities.

The day included partner challenge games, a thrilling team relay race (run club really paying off here), and exciting team problem-solving challenges. 

Both SKiPPS teams performed exceptionally well in the relay race, correctly solving every maths problem and finishing with time to spare!

We are very proud of our Year 3 students who represented SKiPPS with great enthusiasm:

 Henry, Rex, Remy, Jack S, Mia, Aggie, Jack M and Freddie. 

They demonstrated our school values and gave their best in every challenge. Well done, team!
