Parent's Association

Well what a year 2023 has been! Thank you to the entire school community and beyond for supporting MPS fundraising and social events this year. We try to balance out events to appeal to all families and include a mix of fundraising and fun social events for students and parents throughout the year. If you have any feedback for 2023 or suggestions for 2024 we would love to hear from you! Please feel free to have a chat anytime or email marlborough.ps.pa@gmail.com.

Thanks to each and every one of you we have raised over $10,000 in 2023! This is a fantastic achievement and wouldn't have been possible without your support. We are still going strong with Christmas Bows, the Carols Bake Sale and Raffle to be added to the 2023 tally as well. Stay tuned next year for the final amount!

We have delivered 19 brand new Chromebooks to classrooms this year. We hope that this will ensure that all students receive the benefit of the latest digital resources in the classrooms.

The Parents' Association will work closely with MPS Staff and School Council on what 2024 fundraising will go towards.

I would like to thank Jocelyn (Lachie and Rachel's Mum), Monique (Jobe's Mum), Robyn (Ben and Heidi's Mum), Frances (Audrey's Mum) and Kirsty (Sully and Angus' Mum) for all their hard work this year. We all lead busy lives with kids and work commitments but the time and effort that goes into everything that you do for the school does not go unnoticed and is sincerely appreciated. Thank you to all the other parents who have assisted this year at various events, including Easter Raffle, Disco, Bake Sales, Colour Fun Run, Mothers & Fathers Day Stalls etc, these events cannot go ahead without your support and assistance - thank you.

The annual MPS Christmas Carols event is happening again on Thursday 14th December

 5-7pm in the undercover area.

I know there is a buzz around the classrooms and amongst the musical students busily practicing their performances for the night! 

The PA will be running Christmas Bake Sale and Raffle on the night. Mr whippy will also be there selling delicious frozen treats! 

BYO picnic rug and food and enjoy the festivities.
