Acts of Christmas Kindness

December Cards 2023

A small act of kindness can make a big difference; spread some joy to inpatients this Christmas. Imagine spending Christmas and New Year’s on a mental health inpatient unit, while families and friends are celebrating together. It would be easy to feel isolated and lonely. You can let these people know that someone is thinking of them buy writing them a card. Visit the Bendigo Health website for information on how you can be a part of this beautiful project; https://bendigohealth.org.au/events/page/1220
