School Nurse Program - Please return forms

A reminder for families of Foundation students to please complete the School Entrant Health Questionnaire, even if you do not wish for your child to see the School Nurse. An envelope with information and a QR code to access the questionnaire was sent home with students in recent weeks.

The school nurse will be visiting on Monday 27th October, as part of the Department of Education Primary School Nursing program to screen our students in Foundation.

If you require any further information, please contact Leanne Reed, F-12 Learner Diversity Leader, at the College.

Overdue Library Books

The end of the year will be on us in no time. Do you have any overdue library books that need to come back to the Library?

We would really appreciate any overdue books being returned before we start our stock take. Often students know where they are, they just need a little help remembering to put them in their bags! Please have a conversation with your child(ren) and ask if they have any overdue books. We would love everyone to be borrowing some of the great new titles just in and sharing around the resources that we have.

SOLE Stars

Early Collection of Students

To help us maintain a safe and well-organised environment for all students, we ask that families follow the process outlined below when arranging an early collection for their child.

Please do not message your child directly as they are not permitted to access Personal Digital Devices while at school and so will not see your message. All communication with students needs to go via the College Office.

Volunteer Registration Process

At St Augustine’s, the safety and wellbeing of our students is our highest priority.  To uphold our commitment to child safety, ALL volunteers are required to review and acknowledge our Child Safe Code of Conduct, Staff & Students Professional Boundaries Policy and Photography & Video Policy and Procedures.  Additionally, volunteers must complete a Volunteer Registration form and successfully complete the CESL School Volunteer Induction before commencing their role as a volunteer.

For more information and to access the Volunteer Registration Form, please visit the Volunteering information page on our College website.
