P-2: As we dive into Term 2, the excitement for learning is palpable! Our focus? The alphabet! Students are developing their craft, to empowering them in conversations and fostering inclusivity. If they encounter unfamiliar signs, they'll confidently fingerspell their way through. Week 4 marks a special milestone as we introduce our youngsters to the Acknowledgment of country and continue with the National Anthem at Assembly. Keep up the fantastic work! Together, we're nurturing not just academic skills, but empathy, cultural awareness, and a deeper connection to our diverse world.

Y7: Term 2 is off to a flying start, and our Year 7s are diving back into the basics with gusto! They're revisiting the foundation skills like alphabet and numbers, and to spice things up, we're incorporating fun, educational games like Bingo and Go Fish. These games not only make learning enjoyable but also provide valuable practice in the spontaneity of language and create incidental learning opportunities. As parents, your support in encouraging participation and reinforcing these skills at home is invaluable. Together, we're laying a strong foundation for their linguistic development and fostering a love for learning that will serve them well into the future.
