Leader of Year 7 Wellbeing
Ms Jennifer Allan
Our newest students have made an impressive start to their high school journey at St Aloysius College, embracing new routines, opportunities and expectations with confidence and enthusiasm. From the outset, Year 7 has adapted well to moving between classes, meeting new teachers and forming positive connections across the cohort.
An important highlight so far was the Reflection Day, where students were given the opportunity to pause and consider what it means to be part of the St Aloysius community. Through guided activities with the Year 12 Student Leaders, students explored our values, reflected on their strengths, and began to understand the importance of respect, responsibility and belonging.
Beyond the classroom, many students have already embraced co-curricular opportunities, with several trialling for representative sporting teams and participating in the Gratitude Lolly Pops initiative. It’s wonderful to see so many Year 7 students embrace the life of the College so far and we are looking forward to an exciting year.
