Colour Run
This year’s event was filled with energy, bright colours and the fantastic involvement of our students, staff, and families. The atmosphere throughout the afternoon helped make this year’s run continue to be a standout moment in our school's calendar. From the moment the first group set off to the final students crossing the finish line, our students showed outstanding participation, teamwork, and school spirit.
A special thank you goes to our wonderful Parents’ Committee for the countless hours they devoted to planning and preparing the event. Their commitment and behind-the-scenes organisation ensured everything came together seamlessly, allowing everyone to enjoy the fun.
I also wish to acknowledge and thank the many parents and carers who volunteered on the day. From setting up stations to tossing colours to supporting with coordination, your contributions were invaluable. Events like this thrive because of the strong support and community spirit that our school is so lucky to have.

2025 School Staff Survey
Celebrating Our 2025 School Staff Survey Success
I am proud to share and celebrate the outstanding results of the 2025 School Staff Survey, which highlight the continued strength, dedication, and collective efficacy of our staff community.
Across both School Factors and Teaching & Learning Factors, our 2025 data shows growth or maintenance in every single measure, reflecting a sustained culture of professionalism, collaboration, and high-impact practice.
Every Teaching and Learning factor increased from 2024 to 2025. This includes improvements in areas such as differentiated instruction, use of data to inform practice, student engagement strategies, clarity of learning goals, and feedback practices. These gains reflect the deliberate effort staff have invested in embedding the CEPS Instructional Model and strengthening the consistency of classroom practice.
Together, these results highlight a school team that is aligned, reflective, and deeply committed to achieving the best outcomes for students. Our collective growth is something to be celebrated—and a powerful foundation for the work ahead.
Thank you to every staff member for your dedication, professionalism, and willingness to continually strive for excellence. This success belongs to all of us.
2025 Attitudes to School Survey
Celebrating Our 2025 AtoSS Success – Strengthening Student Voice, Engagement & Learning
The 2025 Attitudes to School Survey (AtoSS) results reflect a remarkable year of growth for our students and our school community. We achieved a rise in 13 of the 19 key factors, demonstrating significant improvement in student engagement, learner disposition, cognitive confidence, and classroom experience.
This upward trend is not only a celebration of our students, but it is a data-evidenced reflection of the work, commitment, and consistency demonstrated by our staff throughout 2024–2025.
Clear Alignment Between Student Growth and Staff Practice
The strong AtoSS results directly mirror the improvements seen in the 2025 School Staff Survey, particularly in the areas of:
Collective efficacy and collaboration
Staff reported high levels of trust, shared practice, and professional consistency. This aligns with AtoSS growth in student perceptions of effective teaching and positive learning environments—evidence that consistent instructional approaches are being felt positively by students.
Teaching and Learning Factors
Every Teaching & Learning factor increased in the Staff Survey (page 16), including clarity of learning intentions, feedback, differentiation, and formative assessment. These improvements correspond to AtoSS gains in learner confidence, cognitive engagement, and student agency, showing students are experiencing the benefits of refined instructional practice.
Instructional model implementation
With 100% of staff reporting the use of the CEPS Instructional Model, students report stronger engagement, clearer expectations, and greater support—reflected in increases across areas such as motivation, effort, and connectedness.
The dual rise in both staff and student survey data tells a compelling story:
- As staff strengthened collaboration, consistency, and evidence-based practice…
Students experienced clearer teaching, stronger routines, and more engaging classrooms.
The connection is undeniable: when staff grow together, students grow with them.
These results affirm that our collective efforts, embedding VTLM 2.0, PCMS, and our refined instructional model. This is not only transforming teaching practice but is measurably enhancing the day-to-day learning experience for our students.
The 2025 AtoSS outcomes are a testament to our staff’s professionalism and our students’ willingness to engage deeply in their learning. Together, we are building a school culture defined by growth, clarity, consistency, and high expectations.
Continued improvement in these data sets will be pursued relentlessly, and there is still important work to be done. However, this is a schoolwide achievement, and one worth celebrating.
