School Update

Briefing

 

  • Please purchase your Christmas Party tickets by Friday. You can pay via the link on teams or see Jaclyn for cash or card option 🎄
  • Thank you Ane for Art Show and the Specialist team who contributed and supported. Thank you to all the staff that assisted in the set up and pack down. 
  • To assist planning appropriate coverage, please log absences on portal for any known absences for the remainder of the year.
  • End of Year Concert on Monday Week. TIL for Friday 19th if you stay until 8:30 pm. If unable to stay, please see Principal Team
  • Purchasing closes COB today - Please complete any outstanding purchase cards by end of today.
  • Virtual Card Purchases - Please send invoices promptly when you make a purchase to accounts email/office with PO number when using a virtual card. When purchasing, if items are unavailable and you no longer wish to purchase them, please let us know so we can close out the order. 
  •  
  • PA Announcements fixed. Thanks for your understanding whilst we worked through the issues. Any further issue please let Dan/Pushp know.
  • Next Tuesday is our second Step Up Day. No briefing next Tuesday. Please refer to original teams post (we’ll send a reminder). Some class moves.
  • Thank staff for getting phonics data sets to Kelly .
  • T3 students will have a internal transition program please see leading teachers for more information and thanks to the staff gathering and doing observations in their own time.
  • Reminder about making learning adjustments to support end of year behaviours . No expectation of formal planner for the last 2 weeks. Have fun!
  • Christmas Card post box in the library.
  • Jackstore closes next Friday
  • 2026 room decanting will start on Thursday next week. Block 2 and 3 classes will need to completely pack up classrooms. Minor moves elsewhere
