On Wednesday 18th  September, I was invited to attend the Marhles Centre at Assumption College to be a guest judge for the First Year Certificate II in Cookery VET cooking competition. The group was split into 2 teams and each team was required to create an Entree, main and dessert.  SMC Year 10 student Ruby was a member of one of the teams. Each team was responsible for planning their menu and producing the dishes to the panel of 4 judges.
