From the Acting Principal
We hope you enjoyed the midweek break that the Geelong Cup holiday gave us. We've all been enjoying the warmer weather we've had recently and as a SunSmart school, it's been fantastic to see so many staff and students wearing hats and sunscreen this term during outdoor activities.
Term 4 is always a busy time, and this year is no different. We are already preparing for 2025 while also beginning our Semester 2 assessment and reporting cycle, planning graduation ceremonies, and organising other end-of-year celebrations. Please note, we have two student-free days this term: Monday, November 4th, and Tuesday, November 5th.
This term, we’re excited to welcome Jess Murray, our new nurse, and Jess Colbert, our new speech therapist. We also congratulate Lynne Foote and Mon Cullen, familiar faces from our Reception desk, as they step into more permanent roles.

Capital Works.
The work in the senior yard is nearing completion and we are hoping to have the playground back in use by the end of this month. The shelter is going to make a huge difference in allowing the students to play whilst sheltering from the sun and the rain. We’ve all been looking at the exercise equipment through the fence and are very keen to try it out too.
School Crossing
For the safety of our students and to set a positive example, we kindly remind all parents, carers and students to use the designated school crossing at all times. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our school community safe.
