Touch Footy Carnival

On Friday, a select group of students participated in the SACPSSA Touch Football Carnival at the Adelaide Parklands. St Brigid’s had four teams competing with two girls and two boy sides. Our 3/4 girls had an excellent day going undefeated while our senior boys won five out of six matches! Some of the standout performers included Elyas, Wasil, Jillian, Rianna D and Lydia.

It was fantastic to see our students show great sportsmanship, excellent skill and determination throughout the carnival. A big thank you to Mrs Day, Mr Abz and Mr Nathan for their efforts and support on the day! 

I look forward to preparing the students for our annual Sports Day to round out a very busy Term of Physical Education.
