Bionics Mentoring Program

Our year 10 students visited the Trajan Scientific and Medical on Tuesday 18th September. .

Our students Annabella Madden, Niamh Henry, and Shriya Sai presented their first draft of their research into PFAS chemicals.

The presentation was attended by the Managing Director Stephen Tomisich and their Chief scientific officer Andrew Gooley who were very impressed and offered feedback to the group.

They will present their final study on 16th October in Break 1 in the STEAM room. Marie Krstic and Shazmin Ismail are our students' mentors. It was truly an eye-opening visit to see how Science Technology Engineering and Maths are all integrated to come up with solutions that impact us all.
