Biodiverse Cities Enquiry

In Science, Year 8 students have been using their understanding of ecosystems to develop solutions to increase biodiversity. They then used CAD software to design their prototype cities.  A select number of students were invited to attend a celebration day at the Banyule Nillumbik Tech School to share their solutions with Year 8 students from Indonesia who also completed the project. Students shared the thinking behind their solutions, and insights about how the solutions were similar and different because of our different experiences and environments.
