Vision for Learners
Year 12 Examinations
Sometimes prospective parents or staff members ask what does learning look like at Endeavour?
It is a question I love to answer.
While we do not always get it right all of the time, it is at this time of year, when I see the graduating class working together to set up for their breakfast, organise speeches and performance items for the final assembly and display a level of gratitude to the College for supporting them to get to this place, the end of Year 12, that I proudly think, "we nailed it"!
Learning in this instance looks like teamwork. It looks like sitting with teachers to consolidate understanding. It looks like group chat study groups. It looks like intense discussions about course work and content. It looks like hyper focus and it looks like the intrinsic motivation to finish well and leave nothing behind. It is the gratitude that students readily show, and it is their desire to be the very best versions of themselves and to do themselves proud.
This is what learning looks like at Endeavour.
As Year 12s complete their final day of formal lessons at Endeavour College, we wish them well for the next few weeks. For some that may mean finishing the last of the assignments and projects, for some studying hard for examinations and for some moving on to apprenticeships or other employment.
Students returning for examinations are reminded to bring their examination list, all items needed/allowed for the examination and to ensure correct full summer uniform including blazer is worn.
A complete list of examinations can also be found below (SACE Exam Timetable PDF) and on the TASS calendar.
For electronic examinations students should bring their fully charged laptop and power cord and ensure the SACE exam browser is installed.
Please ensure the time of your examination is known and make plans to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.
Whatever the few weeks left prior to Valedictory have in store for the Class of 2024,
we pray God's richest blessings upon it all.
