UNSW Rural School of Clinical Medicine Information Session

Past student Dan O’Reilly, recently presented to students interested in a career in Medicine. Dan has just graduated from the UNSW Rural School of Clinical Medicine in Wagga and provided some insight on the medical pathways program.

Year 10 Work Experience

Year 10 recently completed a week's work experience as part of their Work Studies Course. Students organised their own work placement with local employers in Wagga. Thank you to those employers who hosted our students during this period.

NSW Police Recruitment for 2024

Are you interested in a career with the NSW Police Force?

Here some basic requirements:

  • 18 years of age and over
  • Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence – 6 months on Red P’s
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • No adult criminal offences or charges

Applicants must also successfully complete the University Certificate in Workforce Essentials (UCWE) course through Charles Sturt University. This 4-week online course is a mandatory academic requirement for all NSW Police Force applicants. 

This course costs $700 and qualifies for FEE HELP from the Australian Government. Those looking to become a police officer in NSW will also receive a financial boost of $30,000 while studying from March 2024. Learn more here.
