Buildings and Grounds Committee Update

We'd like to say a huge thank you to Pip Jolliffe who will stand down from the committee at the end of this year. Pip has been chair of the committee for the past two years and a member since 2019. Pip's commitment and steady leadership have steered the committee through the post-COVID slump and have helped set us up for success. You will be missed Pip!

This year the B&G Committee worked with the school to complete the following projects:

*  Chickens! - including building a home and setting up the care roster

*  Gaga pit resurrection and seating

*  Concrete paths to the portables

*  New toppings for the sandpit and playground

*  Lots of Yakai Barring love, including a successful grant, weeding, and new planting

*  Shade sail quote - planned for installation early next year

Thanks to everyone who made it to a working bee, we couldn’t have done it without you!
