Trade Exhibitors

Information has been emailed to all families and already we have received forms from budding student entrepreneurs and parents looking to book a trade exhibition space.

P&F Tea House

We are now calling for volunteers and/or contributions for the Tea House. If you can contribute some baking, items of equipment and/or spend an hour serving and assisting on the day, please add your name to the following sign-up sheets.

Laserscape

We are excited that Colin and the team will be back with the ever-popular Laserscape.

Carriage Rides

Would you have time to help on a roster to collect the gold coin donations for the carriage rides? Please email julia.bairstow@gsg.wa.edu.au 

Market Stall

Donations to the Market Stall are invited from everyone (grandparents, friends etc).

Ideas include: hand-made cards, seedlings, fresh produce, second hand books, toys and clothes (in good condition), homemade scrunchies, 

Please note that eggs, honey and lemon/lime curd can’t be sold.

If jams/chutneys are donated, second-hand jars are acceptable but lids must be new. Ingredient lists are required.
