We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the remarkable athletes of the Brigidine Athletics Team for their outstanding achievements at the recent Conference 1 Athletics Carnival. The girls' exceptional performances have not only made us proud, but a number of them also set new records in the Conference. 

The Conference 1 Athletics Carnival, held on 22 August 2023, brought together some of the most talented young athletes from Conference 1. In a display of unwavering determination and remarkable teamwork, the Brigidine Team shone brightly throughout the event, achieving remarkable results. The girls secured a commendable 2nd place overall in the Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Divisions. 

A special mention goes out to the extraordinary athletes who set new records at the carnival: Lily Halim, Matilde Hurtado Insa, Alexis Hudson, Evie Bowie, Amelia Byrne, Emma Haley, Courtney Codd, Sophia Kehoe, Emily Reid, Tiana Katrib, Bianca Grilli, Erin Fung, Millie Montanari, and Lea Avdishov .

The following remarkable individuals will also be representing Brigidine at the SCS Championships: Isabella Psaltis, Amber Freidenreich, Amelie Evans, Elke Munro, Eloise Bedrossian, Aoife Connolly, Piper Savins, Lucie Potter, Mavie Ngapoula, Emily Smith, Sienna Christiansen, Erin Roach, Jade Llyod Jones, Kyra De Paulo, Jasmine Karagiannis, Dysire Fotu-Moala, and Julia Vega Carmona.

Congratulations once again to the Brigidine Team for their exceptional achievements at the Conference 1 Athletics Carnival. Best of luck to all at the SCS Athletics Carnival.
