Podcast Script Writing

Year 6 has had a productive and creative week, particularly in Writing where they have produced two scripts for podcasts. The first podcast was a debate style where teams battled with their persuasive skills to write and present a ‘Declaration Of Greatness’ for a chosen animal. The second podcast was an individual choice and ranged from dramatic suspense stories, discussions about current affairs and even Taylor Swift. Students used sound effects, music and interviews to enhance their presentation.

Triangle Park Ideas

We have also begun our business plan for a ‘potential’ new use for the brick power building in Triangle Park. Students have developed their ideas, mission statements, sustainable components and sketches. They have created some amazing ideas such as cafes, organic vegetable shops, doggy day-care and a coffee and craft centre!
