Hello Secondary Team,

Welcome back to Term 4! I hope you all enjoyed a restful break. I had an incredible time traveling to Singapore, Dubai, Sweden, Macedonia, Croatia, Rome, and cruising around Istanbul and the Greek islands.

This term promises to be busy, filled with exciting events and opportunities. Let’s make sure to celebrate every success, no matter how big or small. It was wonderful to see all the students with bright smiles this morning, ready to kick off the term on a positive note.

Here are some key dates to remember, I am sure I have missed a few but will add to these as the term goes on.

Endeavour work experience commences this Friday, 11th October 2024 for 8 weeks for Room 22 students. Liz T and Cathie T will be supporting the students.
SSG meetings will be starting soon. Please make sure all meeting times are scheduled and that you have the necessary data and goals prepared for discussions with parents. This is an important opportunity to ensure we continue providing support for our students.
Morrisby Interviews - Monday, 14th October 2024 (all day) for Room 19 students
Coffee Bus Incursion – Monday 21st October 2024 and Monday 28th October 2024. Ahmad and Jacob will be completing accredited training over the 2 weeks. Other students will be doing some non-accredited training on one of the Mondays.
Professional Practice Day – 4th November 2024
Melbourne Cup – 5th November
Curriculum Day – 13th December
Last Day of School – 20th December: Students finish at 1:00 pm
