Equestrian Centre

Clinics and Events

Jason Dins will conduct a dressage and flatwork clinic at the equestrian centre on Friday, November 8, and the morning of Saturday, November 9. This is a wonderful opportunity for students and riders from outside the school to work on their ever-important flatwork and improve their dressage! Booking can be made on Humanitix and must be made before midnight Monday, November 4.

Results

Congratulations to Mia Richie, Alison Foster, Millie Mould, Phoebe Ross, Rachel Aitken, and Finley Hiscock, who all competed in Warrnambool with fantastic results. Mia, pictured above, won Reserve Champion Hack, Alison was 2nd, Phoebe was 4th, Rachel was 5th in the Improvers SJ, and Millie was 5th in the Encourage SJ. 

Please send your results to drobertson@hamiltoncollege.vic.edu.au so they can be published. We have some exceptional riders at the school, and it is excellent to recognise your achievements. 

Interhouse Jumping

We will be having our annual inter-house jumping competition on Friday, November 22, from 4 to 8 pm. This event is for Junior and Senior students, and all jumping levels will be catered for—more information to come. 

Interschools Competition Dates

South West Interschool Championships - January 4 - 5 2025, Tarrone Recreation Reserve, Macarthur. **This event is a qualifier for the Victorian Interschool State Championships in April. 

Victorian Interschool State Championships - April 9 - 13 2025, Werribee.
