The RMIT women in STEM leadership program where girls in Year 9 (almost 20) are mentored by STEM leaders doing master's and other post-grad qualifications in STEM to develop STEM leadership. 

Students are taught to use the latest equipment in surveying and then delivering it to Year 7 and 8 students.
