Year 8 Girls Cricket
Year 8 girls cricket team went to Donath Reserve on Monday 28th October to play in the NMR cricket. They won the first match in a close one to Preston and lost the second to Hume. They had a fun day out. Special mention to Abbey Lewis who captained the team. Thanks also to Mr McEvoy who helped umpire.
Year 7 Basketball
Our Year 7 boys basketball team headed out to Coburg on Thursday 31st October to play in the inter school sports.
The boys had a ripper day winning their first three games within 5 point margins and went on to win the grand final by 6 points against Diamond Valley.
Next stop STATE level!🏆
Year 7 Girls Table Tennis
On Thursday 31st of October, our Year 7 girls headed off to Coburg to play in the interschool table tennis.
The girls had a great day out winning all games.
They next head off to state level to take the extra step.

Victorian All Schools Athletics Championships
Congratulations to Zoey Ryan, Declan Loecx and Freya Wilson who recently competed in the Victorian All Schools Athletics Champs.
They had some amazing results and now progress through to the National All Schools event in Brisbane in December.
Zoey achieved U16 Hammer champion, 5th in shot put, 8th in discus and a PB in the 200m.
Declan won the U16 3000m
Freya came second in the U17 Hammer
All three progress through to the next level.

National Taekwondo Competition.
Salwa A from Year 7 will be competing on Sunday 10th November in the National Taekwondo championships in Brisbane.
Salwa was awarded silver in the state competition that was held in Melbourne.
Salwa will fight against 4 other females in Brisbane from across Australia.
She is a student at Schembri's Taekwondo in Bundoora.
