Positive emotions: An emotional response that makes us feel good, for example, happy.
Negative emotions: An emotional response that doesn’t make us feel good, for example, angry

Have your child brainstorm situations that they might feel the emotions listed in the table below, it might be at home, school, extra curricular activities.
Have them think of a strategy they can use when they feel a negative emotion.
