St Mary's continues to be a hive of activity, with many students involved with various extra-curricular, sporting, and social justice projects. Students receive information about these opportunities through the Daily Notices, and current activities taking place include the Chess Club competition, trials for All Schools Touch, Cricket, Drama Club, and Biggest Morning Tea. It is fantastic to see so many Year 7 students making connections within our community through their participation in these wonderful opportunities.
Please note that we are currently experiencing issues with three of our four registers in the Tuckshop. Until further notice, please be aware that cash is the preferred payment option.
Due to our Open Evening next Thursday, 29 May, the Library will close at 3:30 pm instead of 4:00 pm to allow staff to set up for the evening.
We warmly invite our current families to join us for Open Evening — a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding of the learning and co-curricular opportunities available to your child. Hear an update from Principal Kerry Manders, connect with your child’s PG Mentor and subject teachers, sample the home-cooked snacks in the Green Leaf Café and explore the spaces where learning comes to life!
You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback or ask questions directly to the College Leadership Team. For catering purposes, please be sure to register!

Please connect with IT support via College Reception or your Pastoral Mentor with any issues or concerns about your child's laptop.

Feedback Surveys will be conducted during Weeks 6-8 of Term 2, May 26 – June 13, to enable the analysis of results to be incorporated into the school's annual planning processes.
All parents and staff will be invited by email from CES to complete the survey, and all students in Years 5, 6, 8, and 11. We estimate that the survey will take up to 20 minutes to complete. All surveys are anonymised in the Survey Manager system, with email reminders sent weekly to non-respondents. Please don't share your survey link - families, staff, and students must access it in their email.
Enjoy your weekend; we look forward to welcoming students back to the College on Monday!
