Updates from the Office

CSEF

CSEF applications will be closing on the 4th of July 2025. Families that hold an eligible health care card are able to access $154 per calendar year to go towards their students' camps, sports and excursions. Families need to ensure they complete an application form and provide it to the office with a copy of their health care card before the closing date. If you have any questions or would like a copy of the applications form, please contact the office.

SSB

A reminder that if you would like to use your School Savings Bonus for School Activities, you need to email wimba.ps@education.vic.gov.au with your Child's name and what you would like it to be allocated to. 

Unfortunately, Compass will not recognise that families have SSB credit to use, so it will need to be done manually each time. Once we have allocated the SSB, you will then be able to provide consent for the event on Compass.

School Savings Bonus can be used for:

• school camps, excursions and incursions

Grade 6-7 transition

We are still missing a number of Student Applications for Year 7 Placement 2026. Please note these were due back by Friday 9th May. All forms must be returned even if your child has been accepted in a Catholic or Independent School or Home Schooling. Please contact the office if you require another copy.
