Property Manager: FN Neilson Partners
Are you the property manager we've been searching for? At First National Real Estate Neilson Partners, we're not just areal estate agency - we're a community of professionals dedicated to excellence. We're on the lookout for a dynamic property manager to join our esteemed team.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio from A to Z with precision and care
- Conducting leasing activities and routine inspections.
- Handling lease renewals, rent increases, and end-of-lease processes
- Navigating VCAT proceedings with confidence
- Collaborating with a supportive management and administration team
What we're looking for:
- A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A valid Agent’s Representative Certificate/ CertIV (mandatory) and a national police check
- A reliable vehicle and a current driver’s licence
