Geography: Environmental Change and Management
This semester, Geography students explored the topic of Environmental Change and Management through an engaging fieldwork experience at Smalls Creek, located behind the school. As part of their study, they gathered data on local plant and animal life while assessing the impact of human activity on the area. Using their findings, students developed written reports analyzing how human influence affects biodiversity within the catchment. This hands-on investigation provided a valuable opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world environmental study, making for an enriching and enjoyable experience.
